ARE THE WARMUPS AND COOL DOWNS NECESSARY?

Yes! For long-term sustainability and health, it is critical. We make every effort to provide a well-rounded Warm-Up Plan for boxing to minimize risk of injury because it can be physically demanding.

DO I REQUIRE ANY EQUIPMENT?

You can use the heavy bag or shadowbox for many of your exercises. Some drills like Partner Drills & like footwork, could need extras.

WHEN DOES NEW VIDEOS EDUCATINAL / WORKOUTS RELEASE?

We do our best to release videos every week & consistently provide you with new content to keep you in shape & increase your knowledge.

HOW SHOULD I INCORPORATE STRENGTH TRAINING?

We recommend 2-3 sessions per week of strength work to supplement your boxing.

CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?

It’s really easy to upgrade or downgrade your membership on our website, and the changes you make are instant!

Can I change my bank account details for my Direct Debit?

It is possible to change your bank details including your Sort Code, Account Number or Account Name. You can update these in the Settings section.

How do I cancel my membership?

We’re sorry to hear you are thinking of leaving us. If you do still wish to cancel, please head to Settings section, and if you need extra assistance contact u & we will help you do this.

Can I manage or change my membership?

  • Memberships can be upgraded & changed within your profile area.
  • In the profile area you can purchase add-ons, upgrade & downgrade your membership, and manage it to your preference.

Do you store my payment card details and is the payment process secure?

We do not store any card details or payment details, this is all handled by the bank. All transactions are made through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
